Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support both financial and administrative functions. This role is suited for a hands-on individual who can work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

. Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger

. Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet)

. Assist in GST reporting and compliance with Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore

. Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external accountants


Administrative & Operational Duties

. Manage day-to-day office administration and operations

. Maintain and organise company records, filing systems, and documentation
