REACT DIGI is looking for an energetic Admin & Accounts Executive to join our business development team. This role focuses on administration, invoicing management, and day-to-day business operations support to keep internal workflows running smoothly in a fast-moving digital agency environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative and operational support for the team (meeting scheduling, coordination, follow-ups, internal tracking).
- Manage invoicing operations, including invoice issuance, billing records maintenance, and payment follow-up with clients.
- Support quotation and basic billing documentation preparation (e.g., quotations, purchase orders, simple cost summaries) and maintain an organized filing system.
