Yakima Valley College seeks innovative adjunct Geology Instructors committed to community college students and their success.

Reporting to the Dean of Arts and Sciences, the Geology Instructors will be culturally competent with commitment and expertise in working with diverse populations, utilize appropriate technology in the classroom, and have a record as a successful teacher demonstrating strong promise as a contributing member of the Arts and Sciences Division. We value opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration, find ways to utilize cooperative learning, and are utilizing various technologies in the classroom and for distance delivery of instruction. All faculty are engaged in the assessment of college goals and purposes.
