Henry Ford College presents an opportunity for an Adjunct Faculty - Skill Trades.

Core Competencies and Qualifications

  • Earned associate’s degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution in skill trades related field OR valid Journeymen's card appropriate to area of instruction required. 
  • Minimum of 3 years industrial on-the-floor full-time work experience required. 
  • Additional certification or licensure may be required as appropriate to technology taught in the course. 

    • The most successful candidate will have a career that reflects the following:
  • Bachelor's degree in skill trades related field.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in an education or training institution.Teaching or training experience preferred.
  • OSHA, CPR/First Aide Certification.
