岗位职责：
•准备自助餐食物。
•准备宴会西式食品。
•与客人建立保持良好的关系以便满足客人的需要。
•采取行动满足这些需要以达到客人的期望。
•在与每一位酒店或非酒店客人的交往中都 应为酒店树立一个良好的形象。
•非常了解所有的产品与服务知识，以便向客人解释及出售酒店的服务和设施。
•根据客人的要求协助并带领客人到酒店内所要到的场所。
•掌握酒店特别推销及活动以便为客人解释。
•掌握并能为客人提供酒店最新的信息。
•遵循酒店的品牌标准。
•及时订购补充物资，避免浪费，节约成本，防止偷盗。
•通过确保食品的准备工作、盘点、征用单、库存控制好食品开支。
•需要时应亲自盘点
•在工作区域内检查必要用品，在适当的时候订购食物，并根据需要确定适当的数量

任职要求：
具有烹饪学历或证书，至少1年厨师经验，或具有其他同等烹饪学历及经验。必须掌握本地语言，英语表达流畅者优先。需持有本地法规规定的餐饮服务许可或有效的健康证明。
