  • Develop and maintain the requirements management process and work instructions.
  • Coach the engineering teams on executing the process
  • Maintain and report on requirements metrics
  • Set up and manage the requirements databases
  • Baseline and release the requirements

  • Minimum
  • Expertise in JAMA Connect for Requirements Toolset, including:
  • Project Administration
  • Task Automation
  • Release Planning
  • Baselining and Releasing
  • Relationships between items
  • Reusing and Syncing
  • Expertise in Requirements Engineering Management at Enterprise scale
