Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Service Delivery

  • Lead L2/L3 support forActive DirectoryandEntra IDenvironments.
  • Own and drivetechnical delivery, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and compliance targets are met.
  • Act as aprimary technical and operational escalation pointfor identity and directory-related incidents.
  • Coordinate and manageincident, problem, and change managementprocesses for AD/Entra services.
  • Participate inreviewswith stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliverservice performance reports, andmanagement updates.
  • Drivecontinuous improvement, automation, and standardization across the environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to supportnew implementations,migrations, andtransformations.
