Role Overview:

We are hiring an Ad Ops Specialist with hands-on programmatic advertising experience, preferably on the publisher side.

The candidate should understand the ad tech ecosystem and how ads are set up, optimized, and delivered on publisher platforms.


Key Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in Programmatic / Ad Operations.
  • Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, exchanges).
  • Experience working on the publisher side.
  • Familiarity with Google DV360 or other DSP platforms.
  • Knowledge of ad delivery, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to monitor performance and support campaign optimization.
  • Website Publisher side knowledge DSP tools knowledge


Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to ad servers, SSPs, or yield tools.
  • Understanding of viewability, brand safety, and reporting.
