Responsibilities

  • Manage setup and activation of onsite/app, email, and offsite campaigns.
  • Execute media campaigns across Empire-owned channels and offsite channels (e.g., using GAM to create ads).
  • Ensure ads are displaying correctly and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPIs and optimize for campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure campaigns achieve expectations and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Collaborate with UX teams on changes to site, app, and emails.
  • Manage relationships with ad serving vendors (e.g., selection, resolving issues).
