Antipodes operates AudienceConnect, an AI-powered structured audience ad exchange, connecting demand partners (DSPs, agencies...) and supply partners (publishers, app developers...). Our core is Open RTB, with PMP deals and Google AdX via GAM360 (MCM) alongside it.

You'll own the full lifecycle of every partner integration → setup, live, keep it healthy, and grow the revenue it generates. Hands‑on operating role at the core of the exchange, not platform engineering.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN — Activate, Nurture, Improve, Operate

• Activate: Onboard new supply and demand once a deal is signed. Set up endpoints and seats, configure QPS and traffic, validate schain, manage ads.txt/app-ads.txt/sellers.json, and run test bid requests to confirm the connection responds correctly before going live.
• Nurture: Be the technical owner of each partner and their point of contact for integration questions. Make sure demand actually flows — no integration goes live witho...
