Ad Creative Operations Manager

The company is scaling aggressively, with a goal of reaching $5M in revenue and expanding into new markets this year.

This role is the operational backbone of the creative team. The founder is a strong CMO and strategist, but needs someone to build systems, track KPIs, and manage execution so he can focus on growth and strategy.
