Job Description

Position Type:

Full-time, non-exempt. The normal workweek for this position is hours M-F, however, the incumbent must be extremely flexible with their schedule in providing evening and weekend hours when necessary and/or to deal with a crisis or other unusual situation as needed.

We are looking for a person who believes in a strengths-based approach as the ASC will serve those experiencing homelessness and who have behavioral health challenges in connecting them to crucial services and supports during the transition period to housing. In addition, the ASC will assist individuals leaving inpatient psychiatric care in making the transition to outpatient services and community supports. The ASC position is designed to:
