This role as a Physician Assistant is essential in assisting the Most Responsible Physician (MRP) by managing patient assessments and documentation. You will ensure follow-through on care plans while participating in daily inpatient rounds and facilitating admissions and discharges. Support is also provided for the Emergency Department as needed, ensuring continuity in the care of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily rounds and assess admitted patients
• Maintain problem lists and care plans
• Document patient progress in the EMR system
• Assist patients with admission and discharge processes
• Facilitate follow-up care coordination and consultations
Requirements:
• Accredited Physician Assistant program graduate
