Acumatica ERP & Systems Specialist
While this is primarily an ERP technical role focused on customization and integrations, the ideal candidate is comfortable supporting a small portion (20-30%) of IT operational needs related to ERP environments and business systems.
The key responsibilities and how you will make an impact:
Support and lead ERP-related initiatives and projects by reviewing existing customizations and designing effective solutions to business needs, leveraging both out-of-the-box functionality and custom ERP development. A strong critical-thinking and process-improvement mindset is essential.
Collaborate on troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
Escalate complex issues with detailed reports to vendors for further investigation and resolution.
