Manulife is looking for Actuarial Specialist to support diversified and ongoing Actuarial team in HK & Macau office.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Participate and assist a wide range of financial optimization initiatives on both inforce and new business portfolio including but not limited to par management, reinsurance, investment, policy review, modelling enhancement, and etc.
+ Enhance pricing and valuation models.
+ Support regular experience monitoring on policyholder behaviors and claims.
+ Support inforce management on initiatives to improve KPIs related to persistency, medical claims, etc.
+ Enhance the process of tracking experience and analysis to identify risk timely.
+ Perform root cause analysis on risk identified to connect experience trends to drivers.
