Kickstart your Actuarial career with Pacific Life as an intern in downtown Toronto! Spend Fall 2026 gaining hands-on experience across multiple actuarial teams in a hybrid work environment.
This internship blends mentorship with practical training in retirement solutions, life insurance, and specialized actuarial projects. You will complete tasks ranging from data visualization to financial reporting. Interns will also participate in networking events and Rotational Events to enhance their knowledge and connections in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support valuation and financial reporting tasks
• Perform reserve calculations and reconciliations
• Assist with model validations in AXIS
• Build tools using Excel, R, SQL, and Tableau
• Contribute to enterprise actuarial projects
Requirements:
• Completion of one Society of Actuaries exam
• Pursuing a degree in mathematics or related fields
