Job Description

Your RoleOur Corporate Actuarial Service Life/Health Unit is seeking to appoint a dynamic individual as Actuarial Analyst to work in our Shanghai office. In this role, you will support the reserving activities as well as actuarial and financial reporting for Life/Health business in China.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the actuarial reporting under local statutory/IFRS bases and solvency regime
  • Support the reserve calculation (, Mathematical Reserve/IBNR) under German GAAP
  • Support AXIS modelling and maintenance of AXIS model for local statutory (CROSS) and IFRS 17 reporting
  • Support the IFRS 17 implementation in China
  • Conduct, review or validate experience studies to develop reserving bases and best estimate bases
  • Participate in regional and international initiatives and projects
