Actuarial Analyst (offshore Position)

We are looking for a talented Student Actuary with strong analytical skills and experience in P&C/Health Islamic Insurance to join our actuarial team. The role involves supporting actuarial activities across Data Analysis, Pricing, Reserving, Regulatory Reporting and Risk Management.
Hands-on experience in SQL and R/Python will be a strong advantage and will place candidates at the top of the shortlist.
Responsibilities:
Assist in regulatory reporting including reserving and IFRS 4 & IFRS 17 reporting
Assist in portfolio analysis of Motor and Medical lines of business
Assist in pricing activities as required
Support product development initiatives as required
Assist in analytical work of any other nature
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Statistics/Mathematics/Actuarial Science/Finance
1-3 years of experience in an actuarial function with at least 1 year in a non-life insurance/Takaful role
