Responsibilities

  • Assist participants with daily living
  • Plan activities according to participants needs
  • Coordinate recreational activities with the group home operators
  • Implement recreational programs that enhance the participants quality of life.
  • Encourage independence and decision making of each participant

Qualifications

  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must work well alone or as part of a team
  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Able to pass a Criminal Record/Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Must provide a drivers' abstract
  • MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
