Your Role

- Lead and manage the onboard Activity Host team
- Plan, schedule, and deliver engaging daytime and evening entertainment
- Act as Master of Ceremonies for events and activities
- Ensure all programs meet brand standards and guest expectations
- Drive guest satisfaction and support revenue‑generating activities
