18 hours per week, working across 3 days, with alternate weekend working.

  • 09:30 - 16:00
  • 10:00 - 16:30

About The Role

Responsible for planning and delivering an ongoing programme of social activities for the home’s residents, including those living with dementia, coordinating a calendar of events that promote wellbeing, connection, and enjoyment, observing and responding to residents’ changing needs, assisting during mealtimes, and encouraging independence.
