Job Description
Valley Community Services Board is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Assertive Community Treatment Team.
The ACT Generalist provides intensive case management, rehabilitation, and supportive services to individuals experiencing serious mental illness.
The incumbent will be working with a population of adults who may be dually diagnosed with chronic mental illness and substance use issue.
Services are provided in accordance with the ACT model of treatment.
Services are provided in multiple settings, including in the home and in the community.
The ACT Generalist position is full-time and requires working a schedule rotation of weekends and holidays.
There are limited on-call responsibilities.
