This is a part-time on-call (PTOC) position. (*Substitute and replace personnel for planned and unplanned absences at the Administrative office. Personnel should be available on short notice.)

You shall provide Community Information Services for Army Community Service. You also provide customer service at the front desk by greeting customers in person and on the phone.
