Acquisitions & Development Analyst – BTR

Job Summary

Our client, a well known real estate developer, are seeking an Acquisitions & Development Analyst or Associate to focus on growing the firm's acquisition pipeline within the built-to-rent division in Phoenix.

The Opportunity: 
The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in multifamily acquisitions, development, and/or finance, with excellent proficiency in financial modeling, conducting market research and analysis, budget and assumption reviews, as well as assisting in the creation of investment memoranda and overseeing ongoing acquisition opportunities.

Role responsibilities:

Perform financial modeling and analysis for real estate acquisitions.

Conduct macroeconomic research and market analysis.

Review budgets and assumptions for potential acquisitions.

Assist in composing investment memoranda.

Oversee ongoing acquisition opportunities.
