Role Overview
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Achievement Support Assistant to work with children aged Reception through Year 6, primarily at KS1. The role involves 1:1 intervention, small group work and in‑class support across a wide age range.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 intervention and support to children with additional needs.
- Lead small group work sessions to enhance learning.
- Assist in class support across a wide age range.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to foster an inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting, including children with additional needs.
