The Customer Fulfillment (CF) Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) team is looking for a committed Process & Systems Engineer (PSE) with a strong record of achieving results, to own and drive stakeholder development and Quality performance across the network. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature and drives a large part of the Customer Experience foundation core.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with FC and IXD program stakeholders to drive network standardization
  • Own integration and development of standard work
  • Seek to understand business problems, automation limitations, scaling factors, boundary conditions and reasons behind executive level policies
  • Partner with teams across the business you are aligned to and beyond to source, allocate, and coordinate resources
