ACCOUNTS RECEIVEABLE CO-ORDINATOR

Qualifications: Matric / National Senior Certificate (essential). Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Credit Management (advantageous). Institute of Credit Management of South Africa (ICMSA) qualification (advantageous). Experience: Minimum of 3 years experience in controlling all aspects of accounts receivable. Experience with SYSPRO accounting software preferred, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookups (essential). Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of accounts receivable, credit control, and credit risk management processes. Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and customer relationship management abilities, with a focus on resolving payment disputes professionally. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage collections, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. High standards of accuracy, integrity, and record-keeping.
