Accounts Receivable Team Leader

The Position

We are currently partnering with a leading purpose-led business for the recruit of an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to lead within the billing and accounts receivable function. This is an initial contract basis with view to extend.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a small team while managing customer ledger, taking accountability for outstanding debt, collections, reconciliations, and timely invoice processing.

Investigate and resolve billing irregularities, customer enquiries, and disputes while maintaining accurate system notes and records

Process claims, credit notes, new account setups, and maintain accurate customer account information.

Act as the escalation point for complex billing and receivables matters, strengthening stakeholder relationships across operations and external agencies.
