We are looking for a proactive Patient Accounts / AR Caller to join our Medical BPO team. In this role, you will handle patient and insurance inquiries, resolve billing concerns, and ensure timely collections while maintaining strict compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering professional, empathetic support to patients and clients.

Pay: Php30, Php33,000.00 per month
