Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable Management

+ Prepare, process, and distribute invoices for events, facility rentals, memberships, sponsorships, educational programs, and other revenue streams.

+ Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding balances.

+ Apply payments received via check, ACH, credit card, and other payment platforms.

+ Research and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and account inquiries.

+ Maintain accurate customer records and supporting documentation.

Cash Receipts & Reconciliations

+ Record and reconcile daily cash receipts and deposits.

+ Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger.

+ Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and revenue reporting.

+ Review transactions for accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
