customers seeking distinctive items for restoration projects, home improvement,
interior design, and specialty collections.

Your new role

  • Manage the full accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment application, collections, and account reconciliation.
  • Generate and distribute customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing issues, and customer inquiries.
