Role and Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Generate and send invoices to customers promptly, and ensure invoices are accurate and reflect agreed-upon contract terms.
• Payment Collection: Track incoming payments and ensure they are applied correctly and follow up on overdue payments through reminders and communication with customers.
• Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile customer accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are reviewed and resolved, and address and resolve any discrepancies or issues with customer accounts.
