Accounts Receivable Specialist (Markham)

We are seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team within our Multimatic Special Vehicle Operations (MSVO) division, operating in a fast‑paced advanced manufacturing environment.

This role is ideal for a career‑focused individual who values consistency, accuracy, and process discipline in a structured setting.

This position is onsite Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily customer invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past‑due accounts.
• Maintain customer credit files and supporting documentation.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and chargebacks.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and production teams regarding invoicing matters.
