Twyford Impex (U) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and receivables for our transport and logistics operations. You’ll ensure accurate revenue recognition, timely collections, and proper allocation of costs keeping our financial operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, issue, and manage customer and transport-related invoices in line with approved freight rates
Verify freight charges, transport receipts, and delivery documents for accuracy
Perform carrier and customer reconciliations to ensure invoices match system records
Maintain reconciliation statements in TMS/ERP systems after invoice issuance
