What You'll Be Owning Monitor customer receivables and proactively track ageing to ensure healthy collections. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely payment recoveries. Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve payment-related discrepancies. Prepare and analyze MIS reports, ageing reports, collection dashboards, and credit exposure reports.
