Location: Burlington, ON
Salary: $55,000–$60,000
Contract: 18-month maternity leave coverage

Duties
• Process customer invoices for shipments, including additional charges such as freight, pallets, and promotional fees
• Post cash receipts and maintain accurate records of incoming payments
• Manage collections calls and track overdue accounts to maintain healthy cash flow
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts receivable sub-ledger to the general ledger
• Prepare reports including overdue account summaries, reconciliation reports, and finance department reporting packages
