Accounts Receivable Officer - Work from home

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team in the transport and logistics industry. The successful candidate will manage the full accounts receivable process, ensure timely collections, and maintain accurate customer account records. This role also provides support across cash management, payroll administration, and accounts payable as required.

Accounts Receivable (AR) Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Accounts Receivable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of debtor transactions.
• Coordinate debtor management, including responding to debtor queries across phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with customers to ensure payments are made within agreed trading terms.
• Prepare and issue customer statements, credit notes, and related documentation.
