We are hiring a contractor to assist in managing the company's accounts receivables.

Job Description:

•Collect Purchase Orders from customers

•Invoice customers on a daily basis

•Follow up on overdue invoices and pending POs

•Work between various softwares and systems to efficiently streamline accounts receivable and inbound payments

•Communicate with customers to organize payments in order to encourage faster payment processing

Job Requirements:

•Familiarity with Stripe, Quickbooks Online, Notion

•Extremely high attention to detail

•High level of agency

Compensation:

$40/hour

Estimated hours/weekly: 20-25
