Job Description

**SUMMARY**
Provides assistance and/or resolution to Stores and AutoZone Commercial Credit costumers.
Give credit orientation to customers and Commercial Specialist.
Provide resolution to invoice and statements requests, Credit Questions and SFA mailboxes for its prompt and successful resolution.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Phone assistance to AZ store Commercial Specialists.
- Phone assistance to Commercial Credit costumers.
- Resolution to invoice and statements requests
- Daily reporting.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Level of Formal Education:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.
- Area of Study:Accounting, Finance ,Business
- Years of Experience:One to two years.
- Type of Experience:Bilingual, Customer Service
- Special Certifications or Technical Skills:Bilingual
- Other/Preferred:None
