SUMMARY:
Full Debtors function, while also supporting the broader finance department with creditors and general accounting duties.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
3 years' experience in accounts / debtors / creditors role
Strong numerical and analytical ability
Portuguese language proficiency advantageous (not essential)
DUTIES
Accounts Receivable (Cross-border accounts)
Allocate customer payments accurately to debtor accounts
Monitor outstanding balances and conduct credit control
Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections
Reconcile debtor accounts and investigate discrepancies
Liaise with the internal team regarding account queries
