Responsibilities:
+ Process and post customer payments accurately and timely.
+ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding invoices.
+ Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
+ Generate invoices, credit memos, and account statements.
+ Research and resolve payment issues and customer inquiries.
+ Maintain accurate customer account records.
+ Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of AR experience with strong Excel.
