Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Accountant/Accounts Receivable Clerk plays a key role in the company's financial operations by managing accurate billing, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining clean and organized receivable records. This role collaborates closely with internal teams—such as Sales and Customer Success—to support accurate invoicing and efficient AR processes.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role, preferably within a software company.
• B2 High english level.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles related to receivables and revenue.
• Experience with multi-currency, multi-company billing and taxes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Oracle or Mircorsoft Dynamics, any of those 3 as a must). This is a must.
• Must be located in any of these cities:
  Barranquilla, Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cartagena or Medellin.
