Job description – Manager Accounts Receivable.
Worked on project accounts receivable.
Working with Project Managers for BOQ, Change Orders, and RA Bills submission
Handling of receivable Big construction clients, Retail Clients, and Individual clients.
Handling of Project Management consultants (like. Colliers, CBRE, RSP etc..).
Worked on Tally with good knowledge on Inventory system.
Having Good knowledge on DC, E-Invoicing, HSS Sales, SEZ Sales etc.. and its documentation.
Controlling & circulations of Debtors aging report
Monitoring debtor s balances for driving reduction in DSO & monthly customer reconciliations.
Good working knowledge in Excel (Pivot, Lookup’s, Other formulas)
Maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures for all activities within the team.
Working in AV Integration , MEP Contractors, Electrical Contracts company will be added advantage.
Education: B. Com/M.com/MBA
Experience: minimum of 05-06 years,
