We’re seeking an experienced Receptionist with Accounts Payable exposure to join our Head Office team on the Sunshine Coast. This full-time role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to support both our front-of-house and Accounts functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a high-volume switchboard and greeting visitors
  • General administration support including mail, banking, filing and petty cash
  • Coordinating meeting and training room bookings and catering
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and uniforms
  • Invoice processing, data entry and supplier reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal managers to resolve discrepancies
