A leading School Supplies Retailer is looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to oversee the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate, timely and controlled processing of supplier invoices and payments. The role is responsible for supervising the accounts payable team, strengthening internal controls, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial procedures.

DUTIES Accounts Payable Management Supervise and manage the full Accounts Payable function Review supplier reconciliations and resolve queries timeously Ensure adherence to payment terms and optimise cash flow management Review rebates and discounts processed on supplier accounts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely recovery Ensure the AP system operates optimally and maintains accurate and up-to-date master data within the ERP module Review and release payment batches Team Supervision & Development Lead, mentor, and develop the Accounts Payable team Allocate wo...
