**WORKING REQUIREMENTS**- Fully remote- Fluent in English- Will work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Pacific Time (PST)- Salary offer: $1,200**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:**Accounts Payable**:- Ensure invoice coding is accurate within Avid and submit it to Property Accounting for review and approval on a regular basis for an assigned portfolio of properties.
- Assist with the review and adjustments of invoice posting dates to ensure invoice is in the correct accounting period.
- Ensure timely payments of vendor invoices while maintaining accurate records and control reports- Process new vendor setups in Avid by requesting Form W9s and remittance information.
**General Duties**:- Maintain accurate and organized documentation in electronic filing systems, including maintaining the Accounting Dropbox folder hierarchy and integrity.
