A well-established, locally owned company with a strong reputation and long-standing presence in the Lower Mainland is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join its growing Finance team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will play a key role in the day-to-day accounting operations while supporting a busy and dynamic organization.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Match purchase orders to invoices and investigate discrepancies
  • Scan and upload invoices into the job costing system
  • Enter invoices into accounting and job costing software
