You'll be the central point of accuracy for Inorganic (IO) manpower records — ensuring every data point from sourcing to offboarding is correct, up to date, and compliant. Your work will keep vendor billing seamless, payments timely, and processes aligned with regulations, directly impacting financial efficiency and operational trust.

What you'll do (your mission)

• Collaborate with manpower providers, operations, and procurement to ensure compliant setup and updates of manpower requirements.
• Maintain accurate and timely updates of manpower rate cards in the system.
• Validate and ensure accuracy of timekeeping records up to final billing summary approval.
