The ideal Accounts Payable Specialist will have 1-2 years of accounts payable experience, and demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
The Accounts Payable Specialist duties will include:

+ Process accounts payable invoices, including both purchase order and non-purchase order transactions.

+ Review, verify, and enter invoices accurately into the accounting system.

+ Assist with three-way matching and research invoice discrepancies.

+ Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve outstanding issues.
