Join Science&Humans as an Accounts Payable Specialist in the Greater Toronto Area. This hybrid role focuses on vendor management, invoice processing, and collaboration with the Canadian accounting team.
As a key driver of financial operations, you will manage end-to-end accounts payable processes. This position requires experience with modern finance systems, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. Your contributions will support timely vendor payments, assist with month-end closes, and enhance AP workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process vendor invoices accurately and promptly
• Review invoices for coding and documentation
• Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams
• Maintain AP aging schedules for timely payments
• Assist in employee expense reimbursements
